The production process of this composite pipe is precise and strict.Firstly,the steel pipe is subjected to sandblasting to reach the Sa2.5-grade surface cleanliness,removing all rust,scale and impurities.Then the pipe is heated to a specific temperature,and the plastic powder is evenly coated on the pipe wall by electrostatic adsorption,melting and solidifying to form a coating with a thickness of 0.2–3.0 mm.This coating has strong adhesion,high compactness and excellent insulation,which can completely isolate the steel base from the external corrosive medium.
It has outstanding comprehensive performance.In terms of corrosion resistance,it can resist the erosion of acid,alkali,salt,soil and chemical media,and effectively avoid rust,corrosion and scaling.In terms of sanitation,the food-grade plastic coating is non-toxic and tasteless,fully meeting the national drinking water safety standards.The inner wall is smooth with low friction,which can reduce fluid resistance,improve conveying efficiency and prevent scale accumulation.It also retains the advantages of steel pipes,such as high compressive strength,good impact resistance,and convenient connection via threads,grooves or flanges.Its service life can reach 30–50 years,far exceeding that of traditional galvanized steel pipes.
