Induction Bend

Hot induction bend is one of the most important seamless pipeline components for heavy-duty pipeline engineering.Adopting advanced high-frequency induction heating bending technology,our induction bends are processed from solid seamless steel pipes.

In the manufacturing procedure,the pipe body is locally heated to plastic deformation temperature by induction heating device.Under continuous propulsion and accurate bending force control,the steel pipe is bent into preset angle and radius.After bending,rapid water cooling is adopted to shape the product and release internal stress.

Our induction bends own continuous integral structure without welding seams,large customizable bending radius and gentle curve.Such structure greatly optimizes internal fluid flow,minimizes flow resistance,turbulence and medium scouring damage.Meanwhile,it maintains excellent overall strength,high temperature resistance,high pressure bearing capacity and long service life.

Available in arbitrary angles and various radius specifications,induction bends are extensively applied in long-distance oil&gas transmission pipelines,power station main steam pipelines,petrochemical engineering,municipal heating pipelines,water supply engineering and other large-diameter high-standard pipeline projects.
