
Alloy steel spiral pipe,also known as alloy steel SSAW submerged arc welded spiral pipe,is a high-performance helical welded steel pipe manufactured from various alloy steel coils.By adding alloying elements such as chromium,molybdenum,manganese,nickel and vanadium into base carbon steel,the material obtains greatly improved mechanical properties,high temperature resistance,pressure resistance,corrosion resistance and structural strength compared with ordinary carbon steel spiral pipes.
The production process adopts continuous spiral forming and double-sided submerged arc welding technology.The steel strip is spirally rolled into cylindrical pipe blank,with internal and external welds completed under molten flux protection.After forming,the pipe undergoes strict non-destructive testing,hydrostatic pressure test,dimensional calibration,end beveling and surface treatment.
