Q235B Steel Spiral Pipe

Q235B steel spiral pipe is a common and widely used carbon steel submerged arc welded spiral pipe.Q235B is a classic low-carbon structural steel grade in Chinese national standard,with stable mechanical properties,good weldability and moderate strength.

Adopting continuous spiral forming and double-sided submerged arc welding(SAW)technology,the steel strip is rolled helically into cylindrical pipe body.Both internal and external weld seams are formed under flux protection,which guarantees reliable welding quality,uniform stress distribution and strong overall structural performance.

After production,the pipe will go through a series of strict inspections including dimensional measurement,ultrasonic flaw detection,hydrostatic pressure test,end beveling and surface finishing.It has outstanding toughness at room temperature,easy processing performance and excellent cost performance.
