Carbon Steel Spiral Pipe,also known as carbon steel SSAW(Submerged Arc Welded)spiral pipe,is a widely used welded steel pipe product manufactured from high-quality carbon steel coils.It is processed by continuous spiral forming technology and double-sided submerged arc welding,which combines the advantages of carbon steel material and spiral structural design,featuring stable performance,reliable quality and high cost-effectiveness.

As a common structural and fluid transmission pipe,carbon steel spiral pipe adopts low-carbon or medium-carbon steel as the base material,which has good weldability,formability and toughness.The production process strictly follows international and national standards:after uncoiling,leveling and trimming of carbon steel strips,they are continuously bent into cylindrical pipe blanks at a reasonable forming angle,and then internal and external welds are completed under the protection of welding flux to ensure the weld seam is dense,uniform and free of defects.

After forming,the finished pipe undergoes strict quality inspection,including hydrostatic pressure test,ultrasonic flaw detection,radiographic testing,dimensional calibration,end beveling and surface treatment(such as anti-rust oil coating,pickling and passivation).It is suitable for various low and medium pressure working conditions and has strong adaptability to different construction environments.
